If you have the symptoms of a minor infection, our pharmacists may be able help by providing a private consultation and prescribing medication if needed. The private service is for urgent care when there are no NHS appointments available. Supply of any medications will attract additional charges. This includes: Eye infections (conjunctivitis) Ear infections Nose (sinus) infections Urine infections (under 16 or pregnancy must be seen by GP) Throat infections Skin infections You may be advised to be seen by your GP if your symptoms are not typical or you have a serious infection that requires more investigation.
